This coffee was grown by Johan Vergara on the Las Flores farm. This coffee was subjected to 24 hours of dry aerobic fermentation and then placed in Grainpro bags for 50 hours at a temperature below 22°C. All the cherries were then placed on raised beds until a moisture content of 11% was reached.
 This micro lot is 100% Pink Bourbon. Research is ongoing to determine the origin of this variety. It is said to be a mutation that occurred in San Adolfo, Huila at 2100 masl.
