 This coffee was grown by Felipe Arcila at the farm Jardines Del Eden. This coffee was carefully hand-picked in order to select only the ripest cherries and then hand sorted to remove any defects. The coffee was sundried on raised beds in temperature controlled conditions until the ideal moisture content is achieved. This micro-lot is 100% Sudanese Rume. A rare sudanese coffee found in the high plateaus of Sudan. It is resistant to diseases, its yield is medium and the beans are large and long. We take pride of our Sudan Rume since we have witnessed the amazing performance it has had at Jardines del Eden.
